Requesting an Invitation Letter
Some countries require an invitation letter from the organization committee for entering China. can apply for invitation letters.
The organizing committee is more than willing to provide registered participants with official invitation letters should you encounter any difficulties.
To facilitate this process, kindly log in to the Personal Center, click on [Visa Application] (this function can only be used after you pay the registration fee) where you will be required to submit your personal information . This includes, but not limited to, your full name as stated in your passport, date of birth, passport number, nationality and so on.
Upon successful submission of your information, please allow us to take some time to process your request and upload the official invitation letter to the system and send the invitaion letter to you by Email when it's ready. We recommend you to regularly check your Email for updates and to download the pdf invitation letter from the letter we send to you.
