The World Congress of ASAMI-BR&ILLRS Societies is a combined conference of two global academic organizations covering multiple interdisciplinary fields, including limb trauma repair, deformity correction, and functional reconstruction. It is held every two years and features master speeches, keynote speeches, seminars, roundtable meetings, and corporate exhibitions to promote the sharing of global knowledge, achievements, and experiences, It is a global academic and industrial event.
The 6th World Congress of ASAMI-BR&ILLRS Societies will be held in Beijing, China in Sepxember 2024. The 7th conference is currently scheduled to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and the 8th conference will be held in Bogotá, Colombia. The host country and city for the 9th conference will ultimately be determined at the 6th World Congress of ASAMI-BR&ILLRS Societies held in Beijing. We are now recruiting interested countries and organizations worldwide to compete for the hosting rights of the 9th World Congress of ASAMI-BR&ILLRS Societies.
We sincerely invite governments, medical institutions, academic groups, and relevant institutions from various countries in the fields of limb trauma repair, deformity correction, and functional reconstruction to participate in this bidding process, jointly showcasing their outstanding positions and research achievements in the field of limb reconstruction, and actively cooperating to promote further development in this field.
We look forward to your active participation in creating the glory and success of the 9th World Congress of ASAMI-BR&ILLRS Societies.
The
following is the relevant information about the candidate host country for
application:
1.
Application deadline: The
deadline for accepxing applications from host countries is May 31, 2024. Please
ensure that your application is submitted before the deadline.
2.
Application materials: Please submit detailed application materials including an introduction to the
host country's organization, reasons for hosting, schedule, venue,
transportation convenience, accommodation facilities, financial support plan,
etc., in the form of a Ppx, and prepare a 4-minute application video.
3.
Application Procedure: Please send the application materials to [asami-illrs@orthoqin.com] and
indicate in the email subject "Application from the host country of the
9th World Congress of ASAMI-BR&ILLRS Societies".
4.
Review and Selection: All applications will be reviewed at meetings organized by the ASAMI-ILLRS
Expert Committee and Review Team, divided into two sessions, one in June 2024
and the other in Sepxember 2024. The specific time and format are yet to be
determined. The final result will be announced during the 6th World Congress of
ASAMI-BR&ILLRS Societies.
