By the end of 2021, he has presided over 36,664 surgeries for various types of limb deformities and disabilities, created a database of surgical cases, and formed Qin Sihe's medical concept, diagnosis and treatment style, and limb deformity and disability surgery reconstruction technology system.
He has published more than 400 papers and 12 monographs. The English version of "Lower Limb Deformities" has attracted widespread attention in the international academic community.
Prof. Qin is the Chairman of the ILLRS and ASAMI Desk China; Chairman of the Chinese Rehabilitation Assisted Association Limb Disability Reconstruction Branch; Honorary President of the External Fixation and Limb Reconstruction Committee of the Chinese Orthopaedic Surgeon Branch, Chairman of the Limb Lengthening and Reconstruction Society and Spina Bifida Society; Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the 6th World Congress of ASAMI-ILLRS&BR Societies (Beijing 2024). Honorary Professor of the Russian National Ilizarov Science Center.
